Our firm has been dedicated to the representation of employers, large and small, in all aspects of the employment relationship. Understanding the complexities of employment law and the challenges these regulations pose for employers, Ms. Crumpacker focuses her practice solely on this body of the law. She has always been a management employment attorney and intends to continue her practice solely in this arena which she loves.

With over three decades of experience as management employment counsel, Ms. Crumpacker began her career as a summer intern at a national firm which is now known as Manatt, Phelps. After becoming partner at Manatt, she left to launch a labor and employment practice at another national firm, Greenberg, Glusker. She chaired the employment department of Greenberg, Glusker for a number of years before leaving to establish a practice of her own.

Ms. Crumpacker’s substantial training and experience in the large law firm arena has enabled her to provide her clients with big firm representation at a fraction of the cost. With an hourly rate nearly half what she could command at a large firm, Ms. Crumpacker believes in providing value to all clients for the representation they receive. Especially in these challenging economic times, Ms. Crumpacker is repeatedly thanked for handling matters in an efficient and cost-effective manner, often by clients who have previously worked only with larger firms.

Ms. Crumpacker’s expertise lies both in the prevention of problems by daily counseling of employers, training employers in all aspects of employment law, drafting of personnel documentation such as disciplinary memoranda, handbooks, manuals and the like and in the representation of employers after a formal dispute has arisen. She has litigated extensively in state and federal courts and in most administrative forums in which employment disputes arise. Thus Ms. Crumpacker is able to handle all types of matters, both pre and post-dispute. She has been described by her clients as formidable yet practical when it comes to deciding the best approach to take and has achieved excellent results which many thought only possible at a large firm.
